HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO PROCESS?
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your orders to be processed. Once processing is completed you will receive a confirmation email. Another email will be sent with tracking info so that you can track your items.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
We may have been unable to verify certain details about your payment. If the billing address does not match what the card issuer has on file the order will be automatically canceled. If your order has been canceled contact your card issuer or bank to verify that the info is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct info.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday. Most orders ships within 48 hours from the original order date. Orders placed on the weekend and selective holidays will be processed the following business day.
If we are unable to process your due to inaccurate or incomplete payment info, your order will be delayed an additional 2-3 business days.HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be shipped U.S.P.S priority mail. Standard shipping 2-3 business days. Express shipping 1-2 business days. We provide international shipping. Please send us an email at info@ornatiswan.com including your items you are interested in your shipping information and we will provide you with our international shipping rates.
CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?
No, once an order has been placed, it can not be changed.
DO YOU OFFER BACK ORDERS ON ITEMS THAT’S NO LONGER IN STOCK?
A. No, we do not offer back orders / pre orders on our out of stock items. However, you can sign up for email notifications and we will notify you once items become available and also, upcoming items.
How many bundles are required?
A full installation requires approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. It is recommended that 2 bundles are purchased for lengths 14” to 18” and 3 bundles for lengths 20″ or longer. Each bundles weighs 3.5 ounces. The bundles are sold by total weight, meaning the longer the hair, the shorter the weft.
Can the hair be colored?
Yes, all of our hair can be colored. Keep in mind that once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Only allow a licensed cosmetologist to color your extensions.
What's the lifetime for these extensions?
Ornati Swan hair typically lasts 6 months to a year with proper care.
